Ida Mae Shelton whipped up a batch of her cookies almost every day for years. It was hard to eat just one! Aunt Mae made several different flavors of her cookie.

Early 2006 James fulfilled what he said he was going to do and with business partner Mindy Staggs they started making Aunt Mae’s cookies.
